With a strictly limited issue of 113 worldwide, each piece has been created in celebration of every one of Jack’s tournament victories. Features Each coin is crafted from 113 grams of .99999 pure gold, the highest proof quality. A limited mintage of only 113 coins has been produced – one for each of Jack’s titles. Each coin is accompanied by an exclusive 36-page booklet reviewing Jack’s tournament wins as well as photos chronicling his career. These booklets are also personalized to a winning tournament, showing the name and course location. Each booklet is personally signed by Jack Nicklaus and has its own unique, special edition number. Each coin is also accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Mark Sutton, General Manager of New Zealand Mint. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, sovereign of the Commonwealth and Cook Islands, the year 2006 and the denomination of NZ$500. Each coin is presented in a hand-crafted box wrought from New Zealand recycled Rimu timber. The fine portrait of Jack Niclaus on the reverse of this limited-edition coin is from an original painting by pre-eminent New Zealand contemporary artist Craig Primrose.
