Salvador Dali depicted these Lithographs in the same abstract way as the "Last Supper" that is in the Smithsonian Museum. When questioned why he refrained from facial development of any of the Apostles, Dali replied "I never met them". Each print has a color background, gold dots, and a gold border. There were a total of 430 Ateliers lithographs of the original gouache of this suite, each one individually pencil signed by Salvador Dali. Three hundred and fifty of them were numbered, fifty of them were labeled E.A., thirty of them were lettered H. C. and all of them were on Arches stock. Prints have a watermark of ARCHES FRANCE and DO NOT have an infinity symbol.  Each sheet measures 25 1/2" X 18 7/8". These pieces are listed in Albert Field's "The Official Catalogue of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dali" . Suite comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Jefferson Galleries of Appomattox, Virginia. These are 30 year old lithographs and they are in NEAR MINT condition.
