Scamp...PLEASE READ CAREFULLY                                                                                       WRECK OF P&O "ALMA" - 1 OF 4 COVERS SAVED (recorded by Scamp)                                                                                           PASSENGERS AND MAIL CARRIED TO ADEN BY HMS "CYCLOPS"On 12.6.59 the P&O "Alma" was wrecked on a reef about 50 miles from Mocha on her voyage up the Red Sea from Aden to Suez.  A boat was sent off to seek help, and fortunately encountered the "Cyclops" man-of-war.  The HMS "Cyclops" rescued the passengers and carried the mail back to Aden.
