This is the 5 penni stamp with the scarce Roulette II issued on ordinary paper as opposed to the more usual laid paper. Good color and a blue 1873 Helsingfors cancel. Facit values a stamp with full teeth at 35,000 Swedish Krona or about $5,750USD.Condition: Extremely Fine - especially for this issue. One of the best examples of this rarity. Oesch in his certificate and usual "discerning" way makes the comment that there are a few minor teeth defects. One can only presume he is referring to the upper left and lower right corners but it is questionable whether there could really reasonably have been full teeth there in any event.
