Block is perforated 11x11. Senate printing blocks of 4 in this issue are rare and this has a 1989 Gummesson certificate. The Scott catalogue is not especially useful here as it does not distinguish between the Senate and Stamp Office (Charta Sigillata) printings with their various perforation possibilities. Ex Hvidonov previously sold in 1995 Postiljonen auction in Sweden. Gummesson notes that this is a particularly well preserved color and notes that the stamps are positions 1, 2, 6 and 7 on the plate. He further notes the lilac dot plate variety: look to the upper left of the lower left numeral "1" in stamp #2 (the upper right stamp) this is just to the right of the "3" in the upper cancel.
