Presented to Members of the Central Legislative Assembly to prove that Stamps could be printed in India  The 2 anna Specimen are fairly common but the One Rupee Specimen are a great rarity and these are all different   Shipping and handling charge to be paid by Indian buyer - Rs. 80.
