It is far superior to the ex Lyons copy that realized $87,500 in early 2000 and then realized $300,000 last year - the basis for the current Scott Catalogue value. There are only 18 recorded examples, and one is in the Miller collection and not available to the philatelic community. While the tiny nick is most unfortunate, it does not detract from the Superb centering, large balanced margins, and superior color, impression and fresh paper possessed by this stamp.
